Although initially presented only for Playstation 5, Marvel’s Spider-Man Miles Morales will also be launched for PS4, surprising many people. In the latest adventure in the Marvel’s Spider-Man universe, teenager Miles Morales faces the move to his new home as he follows in the footsteps of his mentor, Peter Parker , to become the new Spider-Man. When a ferocious force threatens to destroy his new home, the aspiring hero understands that great powers come with great responsibilities. To save Marvel’s New York, Miles must don the Spider-Man costume and earn it.
Many have wondered if by purchasing the Playstation 4 edition of the title, the saves could later be transferred to the PS5 version. This question was answered directly by James Stevenson of Insomniac Games , a software house that is developing the game, which he confirmed, through a message posted on his official account Twitter, that saves can be transferred from the PS4 to the PS5 edition.

Unfortunately, the same will not be true for the original Spider-Man, which will be available remastered for PS5 as part of the game’s Ultimate Edition.
