Rockstar has released 17 new 4K images taken from the Windows PC version of Red Dead Redemption 2 .

You can see the screenshots as usual in the gallery below.

Compared to the console counterpart, there will be a wider visual horizon, higher quality global lighting as well as a superior environmental occlusion to improve the appearance of day and night light.

Furthermore, the snow on the ground will also be improved, like the resolution of the shadows at all distances; there will be tessellated textures for trees and higher quality textures on grass and animal hair.

Finally, support for HDR, 4K and higher resolutions, multi-monitor and widescreen setups is guaranteed.

We recall that Red Dead Redemption 2 will be launched next November 5 for PC, while it is already available for Sony Playstation 4 and Microsoft Xbox One .
