Dark Souls Remastered systemifies the frame rate in a particular area of the original

An off-screen video leaked from Boston’s PAX East testifies to the frame rate improvements made to Dark Souls Remastered compared to the original Xbox 360 and PS3 in a certain area of the game.

The area in question is Blighttown, which in the previous editions saw in the instability of the frame rate one of the most negative points of the entire production, as it is known largely focused on the reactivity of the commands.

The footage comes from the Nintendo Switch version of the remastering, which is the only one of the lot that will remain at the 30fps of the progenitor, and more precisely from the docked mode of the hybrid console. The hope is that performance does not suffer too much in portable mode.

Dark Souls Remastered is expected for PC, PS4, Xbox One (the three versions at 60fps) and Nintendo Switch on May 25th. If you want to fool the wait, you can take a look at our last tried.
