With the new critically acclaimed God of War and coveted by the public, the Twinfinite website has scoured the well-known Metacritic aggregator with the aim of discovering the average scores of the previous chapters of the franchise.
Naturally, the score (metascore) of a game represents only a cold average and can not, and does not want to, represent its quality in an absolute sense.
It’s still a pretty significant indicator of how a title is received by the press, and this research work allows you to take a look at how it’s doing the 2018 God of War compared to its predecessors.

We have an ex aequo, therefore, between the first and the last chapter of the series, which almost symbolically bear the same name.
It should be noted that, having not yet released, the episode for PS4 is subject to the arrival of further assessments on Metacritic and therefore the average score could vary in better or worse.
