With a post on its official website Halo Waypoint, 343 Industries announced the arrival by the summer of a new update for Halo: The Master Chief Collection.
Three and a half years after the launch, this is the first major update coming to the collection, after the promise of a renewed commitment by the developer to solve the problems of matchmaking.
The patch will include improvements to networking and matchmaking, bug fixes for P1 and P2, LAN support, UI and UX retouching (like the new main menu you see below) and the Intelligent Install feature, which allows you to install only the titles of your choice and in the desired language.
In addition, the long awaited Xbox One X enhancement will come along with a series of HDR / SDR calibration settings.
