Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos revealed for the first time, in a letter sent to shareholders, the number of subscribers worldwide to Amazon Prime.

Well, the figure unveiled by Bezos is over 100 million. A figure that has grown in 2017 like never before since the premium service has been launched.

Last year was the best year of Amazon also as regards the sale of hardware, with in particular the Echo devices able to sell for “tens of millions” of units.

Amazon Prime has been talking about itself recently for the increase on the Italian territory, which was not received very well despite being accompanied by the integration with the free games of Twitch.

We will see if this discontent, however not generalized, will have repercussions on Prime’s performance during the current year.
