Yo-Kai Watch 4 will be released for Nintendo Switch also in the west, as announced several weeks ago by developer Level-5.
In the meantime, the official Japanese Twitter account of the series has anticipated that some rather important news related to the fourth chapter of the Yo-Kai Watch saga are coming.
According to the tweet (via Gematsu ), this information will be shared tomorrow, October 1, 2019.

Yo-Kai Watch 4: We’re Looking Up at the Same Sky was released in Japan on June 20, 2019 for the hybrid platform.
This is an adventure title in which players will travel through space and time between the worlds of Natsume, Keita and Shin. The graphics, while imitating in all respects the classic style of the series, have been improved compared to the previous chapters released for portable consoles of the 3DS family.
