The subway absent at the launch of Cyberpunk 2077 is in a certain sense the emblem of the turbulent history of the CD Projekt Red title, because it represented one of the many features that the Polish team had announced in the years of pre-launch promotion and which then became were cut.\r\nThe exclusion of this feature together with the many features that did not survive development was defended vigorously by CD Projekt Red, partly understandably right, because the team wanted to prioritize the things it could work on at their best and insert them to their maximum functionality.\r\nOver the years, modders have thought about inserting the subway, in one way or another, but now the circle will close thanks to the new patch for Cyberpunk 2077 which will arrive on December 5th .\r\nAn update which, in this case, will make the already announced Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition (which arrives soon and can be found on Amazon) an even more definitive edition.\r\nUpdate 2.1 of Cyberpunk 2077 has been officially revealed during a live today by producer Monika Janowska and quest director Paweł Sasko, together with senior community managers Amelia Kołat and Alicja Kozera.\r\nThe update will insert many new functions into the game, including more or less small fixes and other major additions, and among them is the inclusion of the Night City subway system.\r\nFrom December 5th V will be able to travel between 19 subway stations which can be used as a fast travel point or as a real own travel experience on the subway. Night City will be crossed by five lines and they will be able to be seen directly from the map.\r\nThis insertion, which is certainly not fundamental it must be said, is another important piece of the closing of the work on Cyberpunk 2077 which, for CD Projekt Red, passes also from the conclusion of the many class actions that were started at launch.\r\nAt this point we will see what will happen with The Witcher 4 which, to date, is preparing to be the studio’s biggest project ever.
