Elden Ring is the new and mysterious title from FromSoftware , which has disappeared from the scene for several months (or it would be better to speak of years).
Although over the weeks there have often been quite credible rumors about a possible return of the game, at the time of the soulslike in question there is no trace.
The game was initially scheduled for March 2021, but due to the health emergency it seems that everything has been postponed to a later date. It is also true that GamesBeat journalist Jeff Grubb, who has often proved to be trusted with regards to the announcements of upcoming titles, has recently rekindled hope.

Apparently, however, the news is not exactly imminent: it seems certain that Elden Ring will not appear Taipei Game Show 2021 , expected during the last weekend of January 2021.
The official YouTube channel of the event (via Reddit / WccfTech) denied rumors that the new title developed by FromSoftware is ready to show itself again to players around the world. We just have to wait patiently, hoping that the new title from the creators of Dark Souls will soon decide to be seen (perhaps with a first gameplay).
Recall that Elden Ring is developed in collaboration with the writer of the Game of Thrones novels, George RR Martin , author of the literary saga “A Song of Ice and Fire”, from which the hit TV series Game of Thrones was based.
The game is currently in development for PS4, PC and Xbox One, although it doesn’t have a release date yet. In any case, it cannot be ruled out that it may be released on PS5 and Xbox Series X | S (quite likely, if not certain).
