A few days ago Tom Holland , known for his role as Spider-Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, spoke in depth of the Uncharted film.

Now, the actor has again talked to IGN US about the film, revealing new and interesting rumors about the project:

One of my favorite video games ever is the fourth chapter of Uncharted … Incredible. A lot of inspiration for the film comes from that very title. It was interesting because when I met with the president of Sony Pictures Tom Rothman and we started talking about video games I said ‘ Oh, I just finished Uncharted’ to which he makes me ‘ Well, how about playing Nathan Drake then? ”, so much that I remember saying ‘ I would do anything to play Nathan Drake. Please, that would be extraordinary! ’.

But not only: Holland has also made it known when the shooting of the film will begin:

Shooting will begin in about four weeks. Mark Wahlberg will be a fantastic Sully. The stunt team we have in Berlin has already done an extraordinary job of preparing all the action scenes, it will be an exciting film to shoot.

Uncharted – The film should be directed by Ruben Fleischer (Venom).
