Ubisoft intends to run for cover against Vivendi climbing towards the control of the company. The software house has decided to add a few Adminsindependent in its Board of Directors. The official confirmation will only come on 29 September, when Ubisoft will appoint Frederique Dame and Florence Naviner as new independent directors while Estelle Metayer will leave the Council. This decision will lead the Board to 10 members, 5 of whom are independent. More importantly, these new Admins would not be tied to Vivendi.Release Date: Founded in 1986
