Microsoft announced that it has renewed its Free Play Days initiative for this weekend, allowing users to enjoy two free Xbox games.
The good news comes with the usual caveat, relating to the availability of these titles only for Xbox Live Gold subscribers.
Last week it was the turn of Kingdom Two Crowns , an appreciated management software in pixel art, while this time it is the turn of two titles.
What’s new this weekend are:
- Metro Last Light Redux
- WRC 9
Metro Last Light Redux is the remastered version of the second installment of the 4A Games series, an acclaimed adaptation of the novels of the same name.
WRC 9 is instead a racing designed for rally lovers, which enjoys the WRC license and a beloved simulation driving model.
The availability of the two games is confirmed starting from today, Thursday 22 April, until Sunday 25 April included (also for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members).
Free Play Days: Metro: Last Light Redux and WRC 9 FIA World Rally Championship are available for Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members to play for free this weekend. Details here: https://t.co/KJCPordtmu

Epic Games Store is no exception and from today it offers two titles, waiting for the weekly refresh next Thursday.
What about PlayStation? Users – even without a PS Plus subscription – can now take home an acclaimed exclusive.
Other titles will also be available soon as part of the Play at Home program, so PS4 and PS5 users will have more chances to play without spending a cent.
If you want to purchase your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, we recommend taking advantage of the price on Instant Gaming .
