Fans of the The Witcher saga are waiting with open arms for the first trailer of the second season of the Netflix series , which should be released in a few hours.
Set in the same universe as the CD Projekt RED video game franchise, the first season was one of the best made products in recent times, especially among those available on the well-known streaming catalog.
Although the show’s launch window has already been announced, fans are still waiting for a proper debut date.
Now, however, via Twitter it seems that an exchange between the official profiles of The Witcher , the Netflix series and CD Projekt RED are pointing to some unspecified type of ad.
The date is in fact that of the next 9 July , days during which something not better identified could be shown.

At the time of writing it is not clear what it could be: with the trailer for the second season in the pipeline today, June 11, it is unlikely that even on that occasion anything of the new series will be shown with Henry Cavill .
Much more likely, however, that on July 9 we will finally be able to see the awaited next-gen version for PS5 and Xbox Series X | S of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt in motion , confirmed only a few weeks ago.
Already on the occasion of the release of the content roadmap for 2021, CD Projekt RED had in fact confirmed that it was creating new content dedicated to both the The Witcher franchise and Cyberpunk 2077 .
