The Division 2 will have a panel dedicated to San Diego Comic-Con

Ubisoft has announced that, at the San Diego Comic-Con 2018, it will hold a panel entitled “Infectiously Expanding the Universe of Tom Clancy’s The Division 2”, which will allow fans to learn more about the long-term work of the development teams to create the Washington DC post-pandemic of The Division 2.

The game will be available worldwide from March 15, 2019 for PlayStation 4, Windows PC and the family of Xbox One devices, including Xbox One X. You can already sign up for the opportunity to participate in the beta on the official website page of Ubisoft. A beta that, as we have reported, is already record.

Visitors and fans can join the creative director Julian Gerighty and other members of the development team, to discover the long journey that has allowed him to bring the post-pandemic world of The Division 2 to life.

They will also discover how the The Division universe managed to expand through comics, novels and other forms of entertainment. In addition, they will provide a thorough insight into what it takes to immerse themselves in the The Division universe and enrich its background with new stories, new characters and new information on the virus epidemic.

Moderated by Andrea Rene of What’s Good Game, the panel will see the participation of Julian Gerighty, the chief narrative designer John Bjorling, the author Alex Irvine and the editor of Dark Horse, Ian Tucker. The panel will be held at 6:00 pm (local time) on July 19th at the 6BCF San Diego Convention Center.

Dark Horse Comics is collaborating with Ubisoft to offer fans a comic series in the world of Tom Clancy’s The Division. Set between the icy cold of the original game and the scorching heat of The Division 2, the comic book series will explore the virus’s influence outside of New York and Washington, DC, and how the post-pandemic world has changed the nation that we all knew. Available in 2019.
