During the Sonic conference at SXSW, SEGA unveiled the animated miniseries called Team Sonic Racing Overdrive and dedicated to the video game of the same name in ar stream on May 21st next on PS4 console, Xbox One, Switch and PC.

The series will be divided into 2 shorts and will be edited by the authors of the previous show Sonic Mania Adventures (including Tyson Hesse on character design and Neko Production studio on animations).
