Tales of Symphonia Remastered perhaps it wasn’t the most awaited game of the year, but it was certainly awaited by those hoping to get their hands on the title in a version better.

A return that has obviously been multi-platform (and all versions are on Amazon), but not all platforms have received excellent versions of the game.

Because if the PlayStation 4 version, the one we tested in our review, is not bad all in all, the one for Switch is not as performing.

A production far from the comeback we witnessed with Metroid Prime Remastered (also here, review), and for which the developers have had their say.

Players have not failed to complain about the performance of Tales of Symphonia Remastered on Nintendo Switch and, as reported by NintendoLife, the developers they replied.

The version for the hybrid console unfortunately has some obvious problems and Bandai Namco knows this well , of course.

In a series of tweets, the series’ official Twitter account acknowledged that there are “currently problems” with the Switch version in particular, which otherwise seems be the best-selling version of the game in Japan.

The development team also specified that is already investigating to find a solution, and that it will obviously be applied on the version that won’t be ready.

«We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to our customers», says the developer in one of the passages of the series of tweets, while still reassuring the players who incessantly ask for information.

Obviously there are no dates or periods in which a solution can be expected, a real problem for those who bought the title and find themselves with a disappointing production.

Who knows what will happen for Call of Duty on Nintendo Switch, which is already raising some questions about how it will be ported to the hybrid console.

Speaking of great returns, there are other JRPGs that are returning to Switch, after so many years.
