Valve shared the chart of the titles that scored the highest number of players simultaneously connected on Steam during the course of 2018.
The ranking does not provide specific numbers but subdivides the games in four groups: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum, with respectively 15, 25, 50 and 100 thousand simultaneous users.
In the first tier there are the usual suspects: Team Fortress 2, DOTA 2, Monster Hunter World, PUBG, GTA V, Realm Royale, Counter-Strike Global Offensive Danger Zone, Path Exile Betrayal, Rainbow Six Siege and Warframe.
In the Gold category appear instead Assassin’s Creed Origins, Cities Skylines, Path Exile Betrayal, The Witcher 3, ARK: Survival Evolved, STELLARIS, Black Desert Online Remastered, Kingdom Like Deliverance, Dead by Daylight, Total War Warhammer 2, Jurassic World Evolution and Divinity Original Sin 2
The best sellers are instead it was Civilization VI, GTA V, Rainbow Six Siege, Warframe, Rocket League, PUBG, DOT A 2, Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, Monster Hunter World, The Elder Scrolls Online, Far Cry 5 and Counter-Strike Global Offensive.
