A few days ago, Bethesda announced that Starfield has been postponed to 2023 . Now, an artist who also worked on the long-awaited Hellblade 2 has decided to move forward, giving life to ‘his’ demo in Unreal Engine 5 .
Starfield was originally expected to be released on November 11 for PC and Xbox Series X | S (which you can also find on Amazon), a date that unfortunately will not be respected.
Despite the postponement of Bethesda’s space opera, it was therefore a cold shower for a lot of fans, apparently others have found more ingenious ways to pass the time.
As reported by GamesRadar , the talented Pasquale Scionti created his own demo similar to Starfield using Unreal Engine 5.
Scionti, who works as a Senior Lighting and Look Dev artist at Ninja Theory, likes to spend his time creating Unreal Engine demos inspired by popular franchises among gamers.
One of his most recent creations features a space-themed setting that Scionti says is inspired by Mass Effect and – indeed – Starfield .
The artist shared on Twitter a short video and some splendid images of the project. The video, which you can see below, shows an astronaut exploring a dusty red planet that bears a striking resemblance to Mars .
Below, the tweet in question showing the surprising final result.

Among other Scionti creations there is also a PT inspired project that brilliantly captures the feel of Kojima’s playable teaser for the deceased Silent Hills . Take a look at him on his official social profile, you won’t regret it.
Staying on the subject, the developers of the new Bethesda RPG announced a few weeks ago that Starfield must be spatial, but realistic and beautiful to look at.
We also remind you that Starfield and Redfall could show up at the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase, the event which will take place on Sunday 12 June, at 7:00 pm. Italian: obviously, on Gameshift we will follow him live.
