Yesterday, Star Wars Outlaws showed the first story trailer, with a definitive release date for the title.\r\nThe game promises to be an experience truly in line with the atmosphere of films like Rogue One (you can catch up on Amazon), given that players will have to play the role of a bounty hunter.\r\nOutlaws, as revealed in the last few hours, will be launched on August 30th. Meanwhile, fans have discovered a special guest directly from the saga films in the trailer.\r\nAs also reported by Push Square, Ubisoft’s upcoming Star Wars Outlaws connects to the saga in various intriguing ways, one in particular. \r\nRemember Emilia Clarke’s enigmatic character, Qi’ra, in the standalone film Solo: A Star Wars Story?\r\nConsidering the ending of that film, it should come as no surprise that the character has been confirmed to return for Outlaws. \r\n\r\nThe news comes to us from Game Informer, which recently featured Outlaws on the cover of the latest issue of its monthly magazine.\r\nAlthough we don’t know exactly what role the character will have, if we had to guess , we would bet on the fact that Qi’ra will still be something to reckon with, and therefore not one of the good guys.\r\nAs we know Star Wars Outlaws takes place between The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi, so the character will be aged up accordingly, although GI’s Brian Shea confirmed that Clarke herself will not return to the role. \r\nThose who purchase the Gold or Ultimate editions will have access three days before launch. Those editions will apparently also include a Season Pass, indicating that Massive Entertainment and Ubisoft have post-launch DLC planned.\r\nSpeaking more about the game, perhaps we will have at least one more opportunity to review the game, namely the Ubisoft Forward 2024 already announced.\r\nWe also remind you that the official cover of Star Wars Outlaws reveals that the physical disk alone is not sufficient for the installation: an Internet connection is mandatory.
