PS VR 2 wasn’t exactly the success PlayStation hoped for its second iteration of virtual reality, and for this reason the updates on new games (already known and otherwise) come with a certain relief.\r\nEspecially for those who have invested for the viewer (you can find it on Amazon), which at least will have other titles to wait for and immerse yourself in firsthand.\r\nThrough PlayStation Blog, in fact, confirmation has arrived of the releases of some games that had already been announced, but no release date.\r\nOne of these games is available today, by the way: Sea, a puzzle-based adventure developed by Lonekite Games.\r\nIn this title you will guide an artificially intelligent companion through an archipelago mysterious, using lightning to solve puzzles. The PS VR2 version introduces two distinct modes: Classic, which uses eye tracking for an immediate experience, and Advanced, which increases the challenge with Sense controllers. Ideal for those who love to reflect and immerse themselves in meditative atmospheres.\r\nAs for other announcements, the crazy rhythm game Trombone Champ: Unflattened has been confirmed for November 26th, in a version optimized for PS VR2 with the integration of triggers adaptive to make control of the instrument more realistic.\r\nDecember 18th, however, will be the moment of fantasy with Masters of Light, in which you will take on the role of a luminous being engaged in magical battles against an army of shadows.\ r\nAmong the most interesting titles in the selection is undoubtedly Alien: Rogue Incursion, which brings science fiction horror into the world of VR starting from December 19th. The game explores classic themes from the Alien saga, with corporate experiments spiraling out of control and the threat of Xenomorphs more dangerous than ever. The setting and gameplay promise to offer continuous tension, perfect for fans of the genre.\r\nTo end on a high note, Hitman World of Assassination will arrive on March 27, 2025. The IO Interactive team is refining the experience to adapt it to the unique features of the PS VR2, such as adaptive triggers and haptic support.\r\nWho knows if this new batch of games will be able to revive sales of the headset, which have never been elevated since launch.
