After recent changes to its interface, Snapchat has seen its popularity drop among its users. To report it are the surveys of YouGov Brand Index, which speaks of a rating even down by 73% in the last period and after the introduction of the new interface, which arrived at the beginning of 2018.
The data are for the public between the ages of 18 and 34, which also reported a decrease in user satisfaction from 27 to 12 points in a single month.
We now await to find out what other changes Snapchat will see in the near future and if with these it will succeed in regaining the liking of the users.
