Rare has announced the first details of the Crews of Rage update which will be available for free for Sea of Thieves from next week.
Outgoing on February 19, the update will introduce the possibility of changing their characters by drinking a potion to buy at the general store. Using this potion you can access a character selection tool.
In addition, improvements have been made to sword fighting, while Chest of Rage is a new cursed chest that sets the ship on fire if left unattended for too long.
In the tweet below you can take a look at the video update in which Rare talks about it in depth.

Last month Sea of Thieves welcomed Legends of the Sea, an update that introduced, among others, a character with special rewards and a Kameo-themed kit.
The title for Xbox One and Windows PC has a total userbase of 10 million users.
