Resident Evil 4 Remake is certainly one of the most anticipated titles of the next season, although apparently the return of Leon S Kennedy will also see the addition of features absent from the original version.
The remake of the fourth installment of the survival horror series (which you can find on Amazon at a very low price) will in fact have various improvements compared to the original, although what is emerged in these hours will make many turn up their noses.
The last gameplay shown has indeed put on the plate a game graphically up to expectations, although also on the gameplay side we will have several important additions.
Now, as also reported by Game Rant, the upcoming remake of Resident Evil 4 will also have in-game purchases within it, which has led to believe that the game could also include a multiplayer mode.
According to the Entertainment Software Rating Board, or ESRB, the title may contain in-game purchases, particularly for the console versions PS4, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
At the moment no further details have been provided on the matter, although Resident Evil 3 is also from memory Remake had a similar feature, later found in the multiplayer of Resident Evil Resistance.
This could mean that RE4 will also have a real multiplayer compartment. At the time of writing, the news has not yet been confirmed by the upper echelons of Capcom, so take it with a grain of salt.
The fans are already quite enthusiastic about the game, and if the multiplayer will actually be part of it (and will live up to the name it bears), it will be a further and welcome novelty for fans players.
Speaking again of changes, in Resident Evil 4 Remake Capcom would have decided to change the fate of the dog trapped in an animal trap.
Aside from that, Resident Evil 4 Remake proved to be very faithful to the original, since apparently the longevity will also be more or less the same.
