Resident Evil 2 turns 22 today

It was January 21, 1998 and in North America and Canada the historic Resident Evil 2 was released on the first 32-bit PlayStation.

The game was the sequel to the famous survival horror Capcom, who left the mansion to enter the police station of the town of Raccoon City , infested by a real zombie epidemic.

The title proved to be a success critics and audiences, so much so that the adventures of Leon S. Kennedy and Claire Redfield are rightfully on the podium of the best experiences from the Biohazard saga.

Recall that last year Capcom released, for P layStation 4, Xbox One and Microsoft Windows, the remake of Resident Evil 2, distorting graphics and control system (for a truly surprising final result, as we have explained in our dedicated review ).

Did you play the original title at the time of its release? Let us know in the comments!
