No, it’s not Resident Evil. But if you’ve been missing a title to fill a tide of zombies with lead, know that House of the Dead Remake is coming to PlayStation 5 next week.

The title had already been released on various platforms, including Nintendo Switch (you can find it here on Amazon), and now it will also cross the next-gen PlayStation.

A project that people started talking about already many years ago, for enthusiasts and nostalgics of arcades.

Because zombies never go out of style, as someone even put them in Skyrim turning the game into a shooter full of undead.

As Dualshockers reports, in fact, The House of the Dead Remake will arrive on PS5 starting from the next week.

The news came via a simple trailer on YouTube, in which Forever Entertainment announced that the most famous horror rail shooter ever (one of the most famous) will be available on the Sony console  starting from January 20.

The title will be released in digital delivery initially, and especially owners of the game on PlayStation 4 will be able to upgrade to the next-gen PS5 version for free.

Initially launched on the Nintendo Switch in April last year, The House Of The Dead Remake has also been released on PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One, PC and Stadia.

But, for the less young, know that the original The House of the Dead was one of the most famous arcade games ever, originally released back in 1996 by SEGA, complete with a cabin with guns included.
