It is a question that many fans are asking, and that many readers are asking us too: when will it be possible to find new PlayStation 5s to buy ? The answer finally came directly from Sony , who with a tweet on his official profile confirmed that he had just experienced the biggest launch ever for a PlayStation .
In the face of a peculiar 2020, and the very high demand, this is how we went to meet the problems of stocks, which should however subside quite often: the company, in fact, confirms that there will be new PS5s for sale before the end of the year , so you don’t really have to wait until 2021 before you can get your hands on your console.

The demand we had for the PS5 is unprecedented, so we wanted to confirm that there will be new stock arriving at retailers by the end of the year – keep in touch with local retailers.
We therefore wait for news to arrive from our local retailers to tell you when, eventually, it will be possible to book new stocks, or if the dates previously provided for the reservations left pending will be shortened, as expected.
PlayStation 5 made its debut in Europe on November 19th, in other markets such as the US and Japan on November 12th. Within hours, the console quickly became unobtainable – and the touts unfortunately did not help consumers.
