There has been a lot of talk about Pokémon Scarlet and Violet , also and above all for the final result of the product, but with the next update, things may perhaps change.
The Game Freak titles, which you can still find on Amazon despite everything, we will remember them for a long time and unfortunately not for their beauty.
But more for the fact that, comparing it to the other episodes of the franchise, in the end the new pair of Pokémon productions turned out to be the worst of the series.
Although, despite everything, the two most hated games in the series have instead become the most successful titles not just of the franchise, but of all of Nintendo.
But things could change because, as VGC reports, the pair of titles is about to receive a new update that will improve the most controversial aspects.
Patch 1.2 will be released in February and, while the details aren’t clear yet, it looks like it will include bug fixes and add features.
Furthermore, the Pokémon Home mobile app will also be updated at the same time, allowing Scarlet and Violet players to move their Pokémon.
The patch news was shared alongside a new commemorative video called 1008 Encounters, which celebrates the 1008 creatures that are now part of the franchise.
In all of this, we are waiting to understand if and how the two games will be updated massively, with DLC worthy of the name that may have already been shown through a leak.
I wonder if, after this update, Pokémon Scarlet and Violet will finally become full games or should we still talk about them with “ifs” and “buts” ”, as we have done so far.
Meanwhile Nintendo, also thanks to the games in the series, has managed to maintain a crazy record over many years. For 18 years, in fact, it has dominated the Japanese sales rankings with a certain detachment.
