A few weeks into the year it’s time to deal with what will be the most important releases of 2023, and PlayStation lets us know which video games to watch this year.
Among these there is undoubtedly Final Fantasy XVI, one of the most prominent names of the coming months and who, obviously, you can already order on Amazon.
A title that obviously also entered our selection of the most anticipated video games of 2023, together with other (potentially) thick productions.
Waiting to know, sooner or later, if the next title in the fantasy saga will also arrive on PC since, for now, there have only been denials.
The Japanese company has in fact released a video, on an official page of the site, in which it takes stock of the 23 PlayStation video games to wait for in 2023.
«23 incredible games coming in 2023», to be precise quoting the PlayStation landing page, which tells about upcoming video games «from innovative independent developer titles to the latest blockbusters».
First place is obviously Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 which, despite not having a definitive release date, at least confirms 2023 as the year of the final release… subject to postponements of course.
To complete the podium there are Horizon Call of the Mountain (among the important releases of PlayStation VR 2), Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League (with no release date but with 100% more Batman) and Hogwarts Legacy undermine the list in fourth place.
Among the other titles included in the list there are obviously products of great weight such as Assassin’s Creed Mirage, Resident Evil 4 (remake), Dead Space (remake here too), Street Fighter 6, Alone in the Dark, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor and Wild Hearts .
And there are also potentially interesting indies such as Seasons and Tchia, so we are happy that Sony also wants to focus on titles minors.
As Stray was at the beginning of the rest, before becoming the phenomenon that proved itself in the months following its release.
