A supposed regulation of the Overwatch League came out on the net thanks to the behind-the-scenes work done by Kotaku and, if confirmed, would reveal an unexpected stiffness on the part of Blizzard.
The broadcaster Richard Lewis published a scanned copy of what would appear to be the regulation of the league, two months after the promise to share the original, not maintained, of the commissioner Nate Nanzer.
According to the leaked rulebook, Irvine’s house would have the rights to use and license the features of the participants and their backstories, as well as on the Blizzard game streams.
In addition, the studio would have the right to install cameras in the houses of the teams and in the places where they train to take them back 24 hours a day with the aim of realizing a reality show. The only places not reached by these cameras would be the bathrooms.
The Overwatch software house has not commented so far these rumors, although the confidentiality held in recent months on the regulation seems to suggest a certain truth in the story appeared on the web.
All this while in the shooter for PC, PS4 and Xbox One arrives Brigitte, the first hybrid tank / support.
