The PlayStation Plus catalog is enriched with new titles intended for Extra and Premium subscribers, with a selection that ranges from psychological horror to action role-playing games, all available from 21 October 2025. Sony Interactive Entertainment has confirmed the arrival of seven productions in the Game Catalog and the classic Tekken 3 for Premium subscribers, offering a range of gaming experiences that promise to satisfy the most diverse tastes. The monthly lineup includes some of the most anticipated and discussed titles of recent years, along with indie gems and innovative productions.
Among the most significant additions stands Silent Hill 2, the remake of the iconic 2001 survival horror game that puts players back in the shoes of James Sunderland. This new version, exclusive to PS5, takes advantage of the capabilities of the latest hardware to offer a high-impact visual and audio experience. The foggy, rust-eaten town comes to life with disturbing realism, while deformed monsters and the enigmatic Pyramid Head await those brave enough to delve into this psychological nightmare. The game maintains the essence of the original classic, exploring deep themes linked to the protagonist’s inner torment.
Until Dawn also makes its entry into the catalog in the version rebuilt from scratch for PlayStation 5. This interactive horror slasher, where every choice can determine the life or death of the eight protagonist friends, returns with a renewed graphic design. The story follows the group as they return to an isolated mountain cabin, a year after the mysterious disappearance of two members of their group. The claustrophobic atmosphere and growing tension transform what was supposed to be a reunion into a real nightmare, where the players’ decisions shape the fate of each character.
In the panorama of action games we find V Rising, a vampire survival RPG that allows players to awaken in the role of a vampire weakened after centuries of sleep. The adventure requires you to hunt to regain strength, build your castle, and convert humans into loyal servants, all while avoiding deadly sunlight. The title supports both solo play and cooperative and persistent online multiplayer modes, offering the possibility of raiding other people’s castles or establishing diplomatic alliances in a game of power, betrayal and blood.
For fans of Japanese role-playing games comes Yakuza: Like a Dragon, available on both PS5 and PS4. The protagonist Ichiban Kasuga, a low-ranking member of the Tokyo yakuza, finds himself serving eighteen years in prison for a crime he did not commit. Upon his return to freedom he discovers that his clan has been destroyed by the man he respected most, launching an adventure that will take him to Yokohama together with a diverse group of outcasts: a corrupt policeman, a homeless ex-nurse and a stewardess with a personal mission. The dynamic RPG combat system allows you to switch between nineteen different unique professions.
As Dusk Falls offers an interactive crime drama that explores the intertwined lives of two families across decades, starting in 1998 with a robbery gone wrong in a small town in Arizona. Created by the lead designer of Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls, this branching thriller allows choices that profoundly affect the fates of characters, with multiple paths that reveal different nuances with each playthrough. The multiplayer component adds a social dimension to the experience, allowing you to discover aspects of your own and your friends’ personalities through the decisions you make.
The offer is completed by two lighter but no less intriguing titles. Poppy Playtime: Chapter 1 takes players inside an abandoned toy factory, where they must survive vengeful puppets by using the GrabPack to hack electrical circuits and grab objects from a distance. Wizard with a Gun, on the other hand, is an online survival sandbox for up to four players set in a magical wilderness. Players can gather resources, create enchanted ammunition by combining elements with surprising effects, and build their own tower, as long as the magic doesn’t get out of control and set everything on fire.
Premium subscribers will also be able to access Tekken 3 via the Classics Catalog. The legendary fighting game originally released on PlayStation returns with graphical improvements, rewind functions, quick save and customizable video filters. Set nineteen years after the previous King of Iron Fist tournament, the game introduces the mysterious entity Toshin and includes Arcade, Versus, Team Battle and Practice modes, with revamped CGI cutscenes and unique epilogues for each character in the console version.
