Via press release, 505 Games announces the release of Objects in Space (winner of the independent showcase PAX Australia Indie and finalist of the ALT.Ctrl at the GDC), available now at â,¬ 16,79 on Steam and GOG Early Access for PC and Mac.
Developed by Flat Earth Games, an independent studio based in Sydney, Objects in Space is a retro-styled space and action game with spaceships designed with controls similar to those of Cold War submarines, not the common hunting style of the Second World War; the game includes the ability for players to build home command boards using physical components.
In the game, the players are on board their spaceship and must make their way into the Apollo cluster, a new home that has been disconnected from our solar system for almost fifty years, an inhospitable place abandoned in the universe, where a new era began for humanity that survives in sad conditions.
Objects is an open world based on time, where the game takes place over three months and the player’s choices have consequences in a completely new dimension.
