Nintendo wins the case for patents of Nintendo 3DS: rejected the accusations

Now you know better than we do: the videogame industry flaws in legal, never fail. One of the many cases had been to that had involved TomitaTechnologies USA and International, accusing Nintendo of appropriate technologies patented by you having to complete Nintendo 3DS. The appeals process, the United States Court of appeals has rejected accusations of Tomita Technologies, declaring that “Nintendo 3DS includes technologies significantly different than those patented.” Already in April 2016 judge Jed Rakoff of the Federal District Court in New York had been of the same opinion, when he declared thatNintendo had not violated any of the patents of Tomita. Nintendo of America said she was satisfied with the sentence: “Nintendo 3DS has never used this technology in the patent of Tomita and the decision of the Court of Justice confirms the long tradition of Nintendo to use its innovative technologies” were the words of Ajay Singh, Director for Legal Affairs of Nintendo of America. “This case proves once again that Nintendo will aggressively defend itself in the face of anybecause its patents that our products do not infringe, no matter that it takes years and many processes in many countries. ” Source: GoNintendo.com release date: March 25, 2011-February 13, 2015 (New Nintendo 3DS)
