A FAQ on the official website of Nintendo revealed that you cannot back up your save files for titles played on Nintendo Switch. The bailouts, explainsthe Big N, are recorded on the internal memory of the Switch and are not transferable in any way. You cannot copy them, make up or write it directly onto the MicroSD card that you might want to use to expand the memory of 32 GB of the new console. It also made it clear that digital games can only be used on the “active” system which is connected to the Nintendo account.
