Nintendo Switch is a very particular console from a technological point of view, given its fixed / portable hybrid nature .
Which has had its various editions, including a completely portable version (always at a great price on Amazon), which has made the fortune of those who often play around .
A formula, that of Switch, that some have tried to imitate with their own interpretation. Including Valve, which looks more and more like the Nintendo console.
And it seems that, sometime in the future, Nintendo Switch may indeed have a successor that the lucky moment of the Kyoto House will continue .
Despite the prodigies of the hybrid console, like any hardware obviously needs assistance from time to time.
As VGC reports, Nintendo has launched a new service in subscription to allow users to repair Switch with ease .
The service is called Wild Care and will cost around $ 1.50 per month , or $ 15 per year . It is described as a repair warranty service which can be subscribed to at any time.
On an annual basis, subscribers can request up to six repairs (including two involving console replacement) and support for up to just over seven hundred dollars in repair costs.
In addition to natural failures, the service will cover damage also caused by water and accidental damage . Additionally, along with the console, the products covered will also be Joy-Con , dock and power adapters.
Unfortunately, however, Wild Care will only be available for Japan at the moment . It is unclear if there are any plans to launch the service outside of Japanese soil, as many will surely need it.
Above all to stem the problem of Joy-Con drifting , which in some things makes the service centers become nightmarish places.
By the way, if you need a pair of replacement Joy-Con we recommend that you take a look at our buying guide.
