Namco Museum available tomorrow for Nintendo Switch

Bandai Namco announced that Namco Museum will be available tomorrow in Europe for Nintendo Nintendo Switch through eShop.

Namco Museum is a collection of classic and famous arcade games including Pac-Man, Dig Dug, Galaga, Galaga ‘ 88, The Tower of Druaga, Rolling Thunder, Rolling Thunder 2, Sky Kid, Splatterhouse and Tank Force.

This collection also includes PAC-MAN â„¢ vs., a title for four players based on PAC-MAN created byToru Iwatani. Nintendo has developed PAC-MAN VS. in 2003 under the supervision of the legendary game designer Shigeru Miyamoto.

With NAMCO MUSEUM, players will return during the period when the cabin cruisers reigned supreme. For enthusiasts, the titles (except PAC-MAN VS.) support an online ranking system, allowing you to see where you are compared to the best players in the world.

All nostalgic arcade can now turn their Nintendo Switch in aminiature Cabinet, rotating vertically the handheld console, to have a screen more thin and tall, which replicates exactly the original arcade experience.

In PAC-MAN vs., three players collaborate in the shoes of the famous ghosts to hunt on the fourth player, which plays the role of PAC-MAN, having to then avoid the ghosts and cleanse the labyrinth by all dots.

Two units are required to play Switch, with up to three ghosts that will play on aConsole and PAC-MAN on the other end. A free downloadable app will be available on Nintendo eShop.

This app allows from 1 to 3 players to join a multiplayer session of PAC-MAN VS. hosted on a Nintendo Switch, allowing the multiplayer matches using 2 console Switch and a copy of the game.
