Capcom has announced a new Resident Evil 2-themed collaboration for Monster Hunter World: Iceborne .

Leon and Claire of the second chapter of the survival horror series will in fact arrive in November on the acclaimed expansion of Monster Hunter World.

While it is not known if and when the two characters can also be played on the base title, the launch of the dedicated event is scheduled for next month on Iceborne.

Along with the protagonists of the recent remake there will also be Mr. X, a historic nemesis of the zombie-based franchise, albeit in a guise … a little unusual.
