The appointment is set for October 28th at 7pm Italian time, when the Redmond house will broadcast the ID@Xbox showcase live, created in collaboration with the IGN portal. This is an initiative that puts the spotlight on the ID@Xbox program, the platform that since 2013 has supported independent studios in bringing their creations to the Xbox family of consoles and to PC.
The broadcast will last 50 minutes and promises to reveal new content for numerous titles in development. Viewers can expect never-before-seen trailers, exclusive gameplay sequences and insights into upcoming projects. Among the confirmed names are consolidated realities of the indie scene such as Thunder Lotus Games, the Canadian studio known for authorial works such as Spiritfarer, and Raw Fury, a Swedish publisher specializing in games with a distinctive aesthetic.
The event will be accessible for free through multiple streaming platforms, ensuring widespread coverage for fans around the world. Those who wish to follow the live broadcast will be able to connect to YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok, as well as on the official IGN website. Other announced protagonists include Serenity Forge, a developer and publisher based in Colorado specializing in emotional narrative experiences, and Skybound Games, the video game label founded by Robert Kirkman, creator of the comic series The Walking Dead.
