On the occasion of the Day-One of Metal Gear Solid Delta, Konami has just released the first official update: as often happens in these cases, it is more than anything else a maintenance patch to better optimize the game.
The remake of the third chapter is officially available starting today (you can find it on Amazon), but as is now a tradition for triple-a, it is recommended to download the launch patch to enjoy the best version available game.

Fixed a problem to perform consecutive attacks with the survival knife to get food could cause the game crash under certain conditions.
Fixed a problem for which to remove the crocodile hat from the survival viewer while it was equipped could cause the game crash under certain conditions.
Solved the crashes that could occur during the collection of food near a hungry crocodile under certain conditions.
Fixed a problem that the transition from a roar to a strip could have the character model floating in mid -air.
Fixed a problem that the player’s movement could be limited under certain conditions in the areas where intrusion view was used.
Fixed a problem that the game could block under certain conditions while it was in the radio window.
The update therefore serves to make the game more stable and resolve many crashes that could occur in unusual conditions, even if this will only be the first of many patches.
In fact, Konami wanted to publicly thank all the fans who have already been able to try early access to send the first feedbacks, indicating that the development team is already actively investigating all the problems reported.
The day-one patch has currently been issued only on Steam, but let’s imagine that it is only a matter of time before it goes online also for the console versions: we will keep you updated in the case of novelty.
