Daniel Vavra, director of Kingdom Come: Deliverance, in a recent message posted on Twitter, said that patch 1.4.2, which should solve some crashes, is currently being tested. He would have been happy to make it available before this weekend, but the team decided to wait a few more days. Furthermore, the update should arrive on console, as well as the previous 1.4 which has already been distributed for the PC edition of the game.
