We had talked about the peculiar idyll between the game designer and game director Hideo Kojima and the Italian writer Sandrone Dazieri , famous for his thrillers and for his saga of the Gorilla . Some time ago, the two artists had met, witnessing the event on social media – and in these hours new messages of artistic recognition were exchanged.

While the whole world is waiting to find out what Death Stranding will have to offer, Kojima on Twitter says he has just received The King of Coins , a recent novel by Dazieri, localized in Japanese. The Italian writer thanked the Japanese artist with a tweet:

The artist and cartoonist Gipi (also known as Gian Alfonso Pacinotti) also intervened immediately under Dazieri’s post. who has not hidden his envy from the esteem that Kojima has for the works of the crime writer.

Who knows, maybe there’s even a bit of Italy, among the sources inspired by Hideo Kojima’s videogames!
