Sony has officially announced the games that will become part of the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog for the month of September, and the offer is really full of interesting titles.
Starting from Tuesday 16 September, subscribers to Extra and Premium Tier will be able to get their hands on a line-up that ranges from wrestling to shift strategy, from survival horror to philosophical science fiction.
The great star of the month is WWE 2K25 (PS4, PS5), which introduces the new mode The Bloodline’s Dynasty hosted by Paul Heyman. Here the players can relive the most iconic moments of the historic dynasty of the Anoa’I family, create Dream Match among the WWE superstars and experiment with the return of very requested features such as Chain Wrestling and “Bloodline” rules.
For the first time, the series introduces Wrestling Intergen and a Unified Myrise mode, allowing you to live a story in which the superstars invade NXT to try to conquer the WWE control.
For Jrpg lovers, 5 Tactica (PS4, PS5) arrives, PS5), strategic spin-off of the famous Atlus series. The Phantom Thieves end up in a dystopian kingdom governed by a military regime, and will have to ally with the mysterious Erina to carry on a real emotional revolution. The gameplay is based on shift tactical battles and introduces new characters and enemies.
If you prefer a survival experience, Green Hell (PS4, PS5) will immerse you in the Amazon jungle, where you will have to hunt, build shelters, treat wounds and also manage mental health to survive. The entire game is playable alone or in co-ops up to 4 players.
There is also the action-RPG touch with Fate/Samurai Remnant (PS4, PS5), which brings the famous Type-Moon saga in Japan of the Edo era. The young Miyamoto Iori will find himself in spite of himself in a new war of the Holy Grail, between masters and servants who fight for absolute power.
To complete the line-up we find Crow Country, Rétro-style survival horror set in an abandoned amusement park, The Invincible, Sci-Fi narrative adventure with eleven possible finals, and conscript, survival horror inspired by the classics of the genre but set during the First World War.
Premium subscribers can also rediscover Legacy of Kain: Defiance (PS4, PS5), the cult action-adventure of the early 2000s. For the first time emulated on modern consoles, the title allows you to alternate the control of Kain and Raziel in a Gothic adventure full of puzzles and fighting, perfect for the nostalgics of the series.
Overall, it is one of the most varied and interesting months for the service, with a combination of triple A titles, niche pearls and timeless classics. Which of these games will you download first?
