The Game Bakers , developers and authors of that little gem called Furi (released way back in 2017), are currently working on Haven , an interesting action adventure playable in both single player and cooperative to be released this year for PC , PlayStation 4 and Xbox One . p>
The game is however also out on the next PS5 , so much so that a new gameplay trailer is now available that shows the game in action on the next platform- gen by Sony.
The movie, lasting about a minute and a half, shows a large number of in-game sequences and can be viewed a little further down:
Among other things, the video shows some fascinating unpublished exploratory sequences in evocative settings and with a unique aesthetic style, as well as some short combat sessions with the fauna present on the planet (besides to a couple of “spicy” situations of common life in which the two protagonists of the game will find themselves).
In short, net of its being a markedly current-gen title, Haven seems to have all the credentials to turn out to be a really interesting title (especially if you have appreciated the previous Furi ).
A few weeks ago the creative director of Haven , Emeric Thoa , discussed the PlayStation 5 version via WCCFTech (the only confirmed for next generation platforms).
Thoa has in fact stated that the development team intends to take advantage of the haptic feedback of the DualSense controller as well as running the game no less than 120 frames per second , giving this way for the player to deal with surprisingly smooth gameplay (and from the trailer this is quite evident).
Haven is in any case expected to be released by the end of 2020.
Waiting for news on Haven, you can in the meantime take a look at the PS5 and DualSense page on Amazon Italy, adding the products to your items in the wish list, so as not to miss them as soon as the official pre-orders reopen !
