In recent days, GTA 6 has been the protagonist of a very serious leak , which has seen the illegal dissemination of gameplay videos of all kinds.
In fact, over 90 game videos and images from an internal build of the game have emerged online, showing the sequel to Grand Theft Auto V in action (found discount next-gen edition on Amazon ).
According to British sources, the career of the hacker who had sneaked into Rockstar Games data, stealing information on the expected upcoming chapter, would have already ended.
Now, as also reported by VGC , important information on capture has arrived of the boy, who could put an end to this bad story .
British police confirmed they have indicted a teenager arrested on suspicion of hacking , who is reported to be linked to the recent data breach of GTA 6 and Uber. p>
London police said on Saturday that the 17-year-old arrested Thursday in Oxfordshire was charged of two crimes of violation of the conditions of provisional freedom , as well as of two telematic crimes.
The boy will appear before Highbury Corner Youth Court on Saturday 24th September. Although police have not commented on whether the arrest is linked to this month’s Rockstar Games data breach, reporter Matthew Keys cited sources according to which the teenager in question – who is apparently known only as “A.K.” due to his age – he was also arrested in connection with that attack.

The teenager is reportedly associated with a group called Lapsus $ and has already been arrested earlier this year for also violating Microsoft and NVIDIA.
«The arrest occurred following an investigation by federal law enforcement officials in the United States, who worked with their counterparts in the United Kingdom to identify A.K. as suspect in both attacks », the source of Keys said.
“A law enforcement source said at least two other people are believed to be involved in the attack on Rockstar and Uber, and more arrests are expected .”
In what will probably go down in history as one of the most high-profile data leaks in the gaming industry, we are perhaps beginning to see the right ending to this sad story .
Recall that the hacker admitted that he was in possession of the source code of GTA V and GTA 6 and was ready to sell it to the same developers for a ransom,
