The matter is now back current because two YouTuber, who had openly promoted their betting site dedicated to Counter Strike: Global Offensive, will never be prosecuted for not having made clear their participation in the site. After the survey conducted by the Federal Trade Commission, it was decided not to punish the two streamer for not doing nowclarity about their interests in the matter.
