Still missing a bit on exit from Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition, but apparently all players who choose to purchase a copy of the game on Windows Store can play co-op with Xbox One Edition owners. Just below, the screen that would show it.

But be careful: it appears that the function is available only if you buy a copy of the game through the store Windows, saw that on Steam thecrossplay feature doesn’t seem to be available.
