Hajime Tabata, director of Final Fantasy XV, spoke in detail of the Xbox One Edition X of the title, which will be specially optimized to take advantage of the hardware of the console. The director explained that, in the case of this version, the game will run natively in 3 k, equivalent to 1800p or 3072 x 1728 pixels. Once you reach this resolution, it will lead to 4 k with checkerboard rendering.
Tabata also anticipated that, in addition toNativity of 4 k, the game on Xbox One X will differ from the Windows Edition to the fact that the latter will focus strongly on the use of technology by NVIDIA Gameworks and physical simulations are part of Luminous Engine.
Please note that the appointment with Final Fantasy XV: Windows Edition is expected by early next year. We are instead preparing for patch to optimize the game on Xbox One X, that will come probably in the time of the console, waiting for November 7.
