Epic Games Store unveiled the two new free games arriving next week, while delivering the one promised for today.
Today’s new entry is Cave Story + , the classic inspired by 8 and 16-bit adventures that you can redeem from today until 17:00 on December 10th.
From next Thursday, however, it will be the turn of two big hits signed by Obsidian Entertainment, the studio of Microsoft’s RPGs:
- Pillars of Eternity Definitive Edition
- Tyranny Gold Edition
Pillars of Eternity takes the player «into the original and incredible world of Eora, making you live an unforgettable adventure where the choices that you will take and the path you will take, will change your destiny forever ».
Obsidian Entertainment’s “Skyrim” will be set in this same world, coming to Xbox Series X | S and PC, Avowed .
Tyranny is another story-driven RPG, which in this version is complete with Bastard’s Wound and Tales from DLCs. the Tiers, just like Pillars .
How to Redeem Free Game
The window that opens on your browser will summarize the details of your order, which will amount to 0 €. Press the green button “place order” at the bottom right and then “accept” to complete the redemption and forever associate the game with your profile, as in the case of normal purchases.
In summary:

- Make sure you are logged into your profile.
- Go to the page of the free game you want to redeem and press “Get”
- At the window that appears, press “place order” at the bottom right
- At the specific request, press “accept”
- The game is in your library.
