At its latest investor conference, Electronic Arts announced that EA Access will arrive on another major platform “this year.
All the clues seem to point to PS4 , being a “major platform” in the strict sense and having the console of Sony a compatibility in terms of catalog with the current offer on Xbox One.
“In the year ahead of us we plan to offer a subscription service on another big platform”, they have explained from the top of EA.
GameSpot has asked about Electronic Arts, receiving a “we have no further details to share at this point.”
The same website recalls how at the time of the launch of EA Access Sony had opposed resistance to ‘idea to have another subscription service in addition to PlayStation Plus on PS4.
EA and Origin Access: the current offer

Access is on both Xbox One and Origin for PC, and offers just different titles with portfolios designed specifically for the platform.

A new tier, Origin Access Premier, has been added this year to the PC version in this case at the price of 99 euros a year you are entitled to download the entire catalog of Electronic Arts for the platform.
