After the PlayStation and Bungie deal, Destiny 2 is preparing for the future of the next content with a new event coming soon .

The Bungie looter shooter , which you can find on Amazon, has had a tumultuous life but still managed to create a nice niche of enthusiasts.

The title is now formally part of the intellectual property of PlayStation , especially in these days when the acquisition has finally been completed.

But it will never become an exclusive, as confirmed by Sony itself after some doubts and rumors of the last few months.

And while the Bungie title has moved on anyway, the software house has planned a new special livestream for future content.

As reported by Gamingbolt , Bungie has announced a new showcase of Destiny 2 , in which we could “witness what will happen”.

Not sure what we can expect from this event, although we will probably see the new game content , we have at least a specific date.

On August 23, 2022 Destiny 2 players will be able to find out what lies ahead of the looter shooter.

The current Destiny 2 saga has two other major expansions planned in the coming years. Lightfall will be the next big expansion for the shooter, while The Final Shape is due to launch later.

It must be said that the livestream could also be about the next mobile title , which would be a port of Destiny which was discussed a while ago.
