Nintendo did its part in the summer of video games, with a Direct announced with the usual short notice which however brought many unexpected announcements.\r\nAmong these there was also The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, new title of the saga surprisingly announced that it will follow in the footsteps of the remake of Link’s Awakening (you can find it on Amazon) released on Nintendo Switch.\r\nThis time, however, Link will not be the protagonist, given that he will have to be saved by Princess Zelda, to the first time protagonist of the series.\r\nThe Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom also seems to be very oriented towards puzzles and exploration, rather than combat, and promises to be a truly particular experience for the saga for what it we got to see.\r\nLink has disappeared, which means that Princess Zelda is the protagonist of the game and must collaborate with the mysterious fairy Tri, who grants her the Tri Rod.\r\n«This time Link is disappeared. Now it’s Princess Zelda’s turn to take on the role of protagonist,” explains Eiji Aonuma, producer of The Legend of Zelda series. \r\nThis is why Nintendo has decided to celebrate it with a new version of the console.\r\n\r\nPrecisely a Nintendo Switch Lite Hyrule Edition, which will be released together with The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom.\r\nIt is , needless to say, of a version of the Switch Lite that celebrates the saga with a beautiful emblem of the royal family of Hyrule on the back. It is entirely golden with black sticks and buttons, and a small triforce symbol under the right stick.\r\nNintendo Switch Lite Hyrule Edition will be available starting from September 26, 2024 and, as happened with the other versions of the Lite console, it will be sold probably at the same price for a limited time.\r\nIf you missed today’s event, no problem, you can conveniently find all the Nintendo Direct announcements here.
Despite everything there will be another version of Nintendo Switch
